Ostendo Report Writing Course 101 Grows

The Ostendo Report writing course this week was led by Lisa Barraclough, Marion Ruffell, Bruce Livingstone and Tony Louie from Solution Management, and attended by Ostendo customers across a wide range of industries including insulation manufacturing and installation, food processing, business system consulting, aluminium casting, electroplating and process machinery manufacturing.

Course content included :

• The comprehensive capability of the Ostendo report writer
• Tips on setting out a custom report specification
• Advanced report writing options
• Editing forms
• SQL basics and Ostendo data queries
• Creating analysis views
• Creating inquiry screens
• Pivot tables
• Creating standard reports
• Editing Ostendo workflow screens

A number of hands on exercises provided a good opportunity for participants to gain practical experience with expert assistance on hand.

This was the 3rd Ostendo report writing course held by Solution Management. With each course the number of participants has increased by 100%.
